WHAT DETERMINES A QUOTE?
This allows us to research the property info, determine the location & plan for distance, roof type etc.
How many stories does the commercial building have? Knowing this will give us an idea on how much electrical & plumbing is present.
03 SQUARE FEET
Inspection costs are based off the square footage of the property. Knowing this will allow us to provide an exact quote.
04 TYPE OF SPACE
Is the commercial building mainly office space? How much of it is warehouse space? Does it have restrooms? Is it mainly open? Is it full of interior items to inspect?
Is there more than one building? Is it a single building that needs to be inspected? Please specify so we can plan accordingly.
06 ROOF TYPE
Knowing the roof type also allows us to determine the estimated length of the inspection. Some roofs require more attention than others!
